PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a closed structure of a concrete fillable efficiency recognition hole of a CFT capable of eliminating the removal work of a pin material from the fillable efficiency recognition hole after the solidification of infilled concrete while reducing a working burden. SOLUTION: The pin material 5 closing the concrete fillable efficiency recognition hole 4 formed in a steel pipe 2 of a CFT column 1 is formed of a material having such the nature that it is melted by heat in the case of fire to open the recognition hole 4.
