PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filling method excellent in local workability and capable of securely infilling highly-flowable concrete into a steel shell without forming unfilled parts. SOLUTION: A steel shell b is constituted of a bottom steel plate 3, a plurality of shape steels 2 arranged in parallel at prescribed intervals at the upper face of the bottom steel plate 3, upper steel plates 1 put over on the shape steels 2, and partitions 5 as end plates. One filling unit a is constituted of a plurality of cells including a cell formed with a concrete casting opening 6 and a cell formed with a concrete discharge opening 7. Cells in the filling unit a are connected though by an opening 8 formed in the shape steel 2. The concrete casting opening 6 is connected to a hose 9 from a concrete pump car and highly-flowable concrete is poured into the filling unit a by the pressure of the pump.
