PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drill stand having a structure being easily used, certainly fixed to a working surface by a foot board, being safer than the case where a worker directly steps on a base plate by a foot and stably carrying out a punching work. SOLUTION: In the drill stand, the boring work or the like is carried out by a rotation tool such as a drill attached to an electric rotation tool. A foot board is attached to a base part of the drill stand and the whole of the drill stand is fixed and stabilized by stepping on the foot board by the worker in the state that the foot board is abutted on an upper surface of the base part of the drill stand.
