A plastic pipe production line comprising; a kneader unit (1) in which plastic raw material and additives are melted to obtain a plastic mixture, and an extruder unit, positioned independent of the kneader unit (1), in which the plastic mixture obtained from said kneader unit (1) is melted by means of resistance elements after said mixture is solidified characterized in that; at least one pump element (2) coupled with said kneader unit (1) and at least one molding unit (3) connected to the pump element (2) are provided whereby defining one-phased plastic-based pipe production line by eliminating the extruder unit.
