<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a product information management system wherein maintenance inspection information is collected to a center by using an operation panel provided to each of electronic apparatus products and various information items are integrated and used for the management of information. <P>SOLUTION: Each operation panel has an operation menu to enter related information at maintenance and inspection, the maintenance and inspection information with respect to the apparatus product is transmitted from the operation menu to a customer support center via a network and a market information database possessed by the customer support center stores the maintenance and inspection information.
