PRODUCTION/INSPECTION METHOD FOR RESIN MOLDED PRODUCT AND APPARATUS THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production/inspection method for a resin molded product for properly producing the resin molded product having a groove and easily and properly judging whether the depth of the groove is proper.

SOLUTION: The production/inspection method for the resin molded product has a production process for filling the cavity 20 of a mold 2 with a molten resin in such a state that a groove forming blade 3 is retracted from the cavity 20 and making the groove forming blade 3 advance before the curing of the resin to allow the tip part thereof to penetrate into the cavity 20 to produce the resin molded product 1 having the grooves 11 and an inspection process for detecting the advance operation quantity of the groove forming blade 3 or the member 40 interlocking with the same when the groove forming blade 3 advances in the production process and judging whether the groove 11 is properly formed on the basis of the data of the advance operation quantity.
