发明名称 BIAXIALLY ORIENTED POLYESTER FILM FOR VESSEL MOLDING, VESSEL AND VESSEL MOLDING PROCESS
摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biaxially oriented polyester film for vessel molding, a vessel using the film, and its molding process wherein the film is not only good for molding but also excellent in heat and low temperature impact resistances of the molded vessel, able to reduce thickness disparity on molding, and suitably used for the vessel. <P>SOLUTION: The biaxially oriented polyester film for vessel molding satisfies following qualifications (1) to (6): (1) a film thickness of 100 to 500μm; (2) a thickness variance (R) of 5% or less; (3) a crystallinity (χc) of 40 to 60%; (4) a plane orientation coefficient (fn) of 0.130 to 0.150; (5) an intrinsic viscosity of 0.6 to 0.7; and (6) a melting point (Tm) of 240 to 260°C. The vessel is composed of the film which has a crystallinity (χc) of 40 to 55%. The vessel molding process is carried out by heat-molding the film under vacuum and/or pressurized air, at a mold temperature of 120°C to (melting point of the film minus 10)°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p>
