PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a re-calculation operation for a conversion parameter of a coordinate system, when variation occurs to a real space object, arranged in a composite real space and to an environment in a composite reality feeling device which composites a real space video image and a virtual space video image. SOLUTION: A composite reality feeling system generates a composite real image by merging the real space video image, which can be viewed in the position of the view point of a viewer or in a viewer's line-of-sight direction, and the virtual space video image together, and displays the composite real image on an HMD 110. In this case, when a conversion parameter, which converts the coordinate system of a position sensor 113 for the eyes to the global coordinate system of a composite real space, is set, a real object arrangement device 215 is arranged according to an arrangement mark 210, and the HND 110 is arranged at a prescribed position in the real object arrangement device. A real index 220, which the real object arrangement device 215 has, is displayed as a virtual index on the display screen of the HND 110. In adjusting the attitude of the HMD 110, the conversion parameter is set by making the position of the virtual index coincide with that of the real index in the composite real image displayed.
