PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one side welding equipment which is low in height and unnecessary for providing a floor belt conveyor by building a flux carry-away device in an elevating/lowering frame. SOLUTION: In the one side welding equipment to perform the welding from one side of a weld line 21 with side ends of a pair of steel plates 20 butted to each other, a steel plate trough 7 having a bottom plate 7b to receive used flux F<SB>1</SB>scraped down by a flux scattering device is provided below a copper backing plate 3a along the copper backing plate 3a. A flux carry-away device 8 which is provided with a metal scraping plate and brought into slidable contact with the bottom plate 7b of the trough 7 to move the used flux F<SB>1</SB>dropped on the bottom plate 7b in the discharging direction is provided in an elevating/lowering frame 5, and a flux collection box 11 which is attachably/detachably connected to a device body 1, and moved together with the device body 1 to collect the used flux F<SB>1</SB>discharged from the flux carry-away device 8 is provided.
