PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for accelerating and stabilizing fluid-velocity in which velocity of an ejected fluid can be regulated by moving a nozzle axially to and fro, and the nozzle can be changed in conformity with varied uses. SOLUTION: This device comprises a nozzle body 3 having a nozzle bill 2 in a nozzle outer cylinder 1, and a pistol-type ejector connected to a screwed nozzle-tube 4 formed integrally with the nozzle bill 2. The outer cylinder 1 is composed of a hollow cylindrical body, which is separated in two sections; a nozzle bore 6 opened at the tip part and a nozzle chamber 8 having a larger diameter than the bore 6. A conical slope, that is, a diffuser 7 is formed between the two sections. In the inside of the chamber 8, the nozzle bill 2, which has a slope similar to that of the diffuser 7 in its tip-end outside form and an orifice (outlet) 9 in its tip-end, is placed movably on the same axis in the space of the chamber 8 to the nozzle bore 6.
