The rectangular panel (10) has two facing holder-flanges (11) in its lower part . Between each of the flanges and the suspension panel is a guide-slot . The top rims of the two flanges each have notches (13). The suspension panel each has a hole (15) facing the two insertion notches and from which a clip(16) protrudes. Each clip has a hook (17) with flat underside (18) and extending towards the flange. The middle part of the bracket-panel (20) has a cavity (21) holding a hand-tool, and two fixture flanges (22) fitting into the guide slots in the suspension-panel. The fixture flanges extend outwards from the side ends of the bracket-panel. The two fixture flanges each have a protuberance matching the notch. The head of a tool is inserted into a recess in the suspension panel.
