BLACK INKJET RECORDING INK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide black inkjet recording ink excellent in image durability including image quality and in ink jettability.

SOLUTION: The black inkjet recording ink is prepared by dissolving and/or dispersing at least one black azo dye with specified properties or structure in an aqueous medium and contains at most 10 mass% water-miscible organic solvent with a solubility of at least 10 (g/100 g solvent) at 25°C for the dye used.
