<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical transmitter/receiver contriving electric stability by having a high heat radiation structure. <P>SOLUTION: The optical transmitter/receiver has a can package LD storing LD chips in a metal package and connecting an anode or a cathode to the package, an electric circuit board 50 fixed so that the package is in contact with an earth pattern, and a metal casing 70 storing the electric circuit board 50 in each can package LD. The package and the casing 70 are connected with a conductor 15 having flexibility. Consequently, the heat in the package is radiated to the outside from the casing 70 through the conductor 15, and the package, the electric circuit board 50 and the casing 70 have equal potential (GND potential) and are stabilized. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
