<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dewing preventing structure of a waterproof case capable of preventing electronic equipment in the waterproof case from being corroded. <P>SOLUTION: The dewing preventing structure 1 of the waterproof case is provided with the waterproof case 2, a grommet 3, and a communication part 4. The waterproof case 2 is positioned in an engine room 5. The waterproof case 2 is mounted on a vehicular body panel 7 partitioning the engine room 5 and an occupant compartment 6. The grommet 3 is mounted on an opening 9 penetrating the vehicular body panel 7. The communication part 4 is provided with a cylindrical pipe part 18, a bore 19 and a second cylindrical pipe part 20. The cylindrical pipe part 18 is integrated with the waterproof case 2 and communicates the inside and outside of the waterproof case 2. The second cylindrical pipe part 20 is integrated with the grommet 3 and communicated with the bore 19. The communication part 4 is assembled by pressing the cylindrical pipe part 18 into the second cylindrical pipe part 20.
