<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processed food product of low energy when basing on dietary intake energy, comprising common ingredients, dietary fibers, 13 items of vitamins and 13 items of minerals by only using food products without using any dietary supplement a food product so as to prevent and treat avoirdupois and to diet. <P>SOLUTION: The processed food is produced by selecting food raw materials to use together from a food composition table as a food product of low energy based on the basal metabolic rate of dietary intake energy corresponding to a basal metabolic rate of a gender and age group specific basal metabolism, wherein the food product comprises common ingredients, dietary fibers, 13 items of vitamins and 13 items of minerals and is obtained by only using food products without using any dietary supplement food product so as to be within the admissible upper limit intake. Thereby, all nutrients are perfectly ingested from a combination of fine or powdery dried products, liquid, solid moldings and several kinds of food raw materials, and based on the food composition table by using, as basic units, 1, 1/2, 1/3, or the like, of daily requirements of man or woman of each age group, without measuring each nutrient. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
