<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a learning community system, capable of giving a user formal knowledge and tacit knowledge which are operative corresponding to the user's attribute. <P>SOLUTION: An educational material selecting part 15, in the learning community device 1, selects a material suitable for a user from an educational material file 13, based on the user's attribute stored in a user file 10. A contribution data selecting part 16 selects contribution data suitable for the user from a contribution file 14, based on the contents of the educational material selected.
