PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a fan coil unit for easily calculating quantity of heat consumed in a large number of fan coil units. SOLUTION: This control device has an interface for driving a fan for delivering air exchanged in heat by a cold hot water coil 22-1 in the fan coil unit 2-1, an interface for driving a motor-driven valve 5-1 for controlling a flow rate of fluid flowing in the cold hot water coil 22-1, temperature detecting means 7a-1 and 7b-1 for detecting a temperature difference▵T between an inlet fluid temperature and an outlet fluid temperature of the cold hot water coil, an EEPROM 31-1 for storing a capacity coefficient Cv determined by opening of the motor-driven valve 5-1 and an IC chip 30-1 for a network for storing operating time (t) of the motor-driven valve 5-1 measured on the basis of the temperature difference▵T and a time base 32-1 and calculating the quantity of heat Q1 consumed in the fan coil unit 2-1 on the basis of▵T and Cv, and is connected to a LONWORKS communication network 103 via a transceiver 6.
