<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video decoding output apparatus and a video output system capable of solving a problem of prior arts that a frame phase of a video signal is fluctuated when a stream is interrupted due to a transmission error or every time an apparatus power supply is turned on/off. <P>SOLUTION: The video decoding output apparatus is configured with: a video decoding means 102 for outputting a video signal decoded from a compression-encoded bit stream on the basis of a timing signal; a timing generating means 104 for generating the timing signal; a time information extract means 105 for extracting reproduction time information from the bit stream attached to each video frame; a time information storage means 106 for storing the reproduction time information by a plurality of video frames; a reference time recovery means 103 for recovering reference time information included in the bit stream; and a timing control means 107 for comparing the stored reproduction time information with the recovered reference time information and allowing the timing generating means to generate the timing signal in response to the coincidence of both the time information items. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
