<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing cone paper with a patterned surface. <P>SOLUTION: Material of a fiber or the like is used as a base material of the cone paper, a proper pattern is fixed to the surface of fiber base material cloth in polymeric ink, and one layer of a polymer resin is further attached to the base material main body by impregnating the base material cloth with the polymer resin or first impregnating the fiber base material cloth with the polymer resin, then drying the fiber base material cloth and further patterning the base material cloth with the polymeric ink. A clear color pattern is formed, a die at high temperature is used after drying to further process the base material cloth into a prescribed cone paper shape, and vanish is also applied to the surface of the cone paper to further apply trimming, to obtain a product. This forms a satisfactory pattern on the surface of the cone paper made of the fiber cloth to improve the beauty and the texture of the cone paper. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
