PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dangerous intersection indicating apparatus and its method and program in navigation which enable safe and smooth driving, by enabling easy and quick access to information about intersections, where caution is required. SOLUTION: This apparatus is provided with a CD/DVD-ROM controller 12 in which map information has been stored, a route calculation section 42, a display section 10, an intersection extraction section 45, a caution required intersection extraction section 46, and a caution display controller 47. The calculation portion 42 computes a route, on the basis of the map information. The display portion 10 displays a map, based on the map information and displays the route computed by the calculation section 42. The extraction section 45 extracts intersections, contained in the route computed by the calculation section 42. The section 46 extracts intersections where caution is required, from out the intersections extracted by the extraction section 45.
