PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compensate for a difference in tripping property occurring due to a difference in discharged heat transmission when a front surface connecting conductor is attached and when a back surface connecting conductor is attached. SOLUTION: A terminal fitting varying means to vary the position of the terminal fitting for switching-on 16 when the front surface connecting conductor 21 is screwed in and when the back surface connecting conductor 22 is screwed in is provided. A holding member 8 is bent according to the change in the position of the terminal fitting 16 and the space dimension D between a tripper pressing tool 15 and a tripper 18 is varied according to this bending.
