PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic arrangement control method and a management method for a distributed object dynamically conducting distribution by considering both a network load and a computer load; and to provide a system materializing the dynamic arrangement control method and the management method. SOLUTION: An autonomous distributed data calculation processing server system has one or more applications, a program. data or a database required for processing and the system measures the communication amount of the application and the computer load under an environment in which a computer is allowed to receive parts required for materializing the respective functions of the application, the program, and the data or the database is connected by a network; selects the application for every specified time; changes the allocation of a computer resource, or arranges a new duplicate at an appropriate place, or deletes the new duplicate, if not required, or take compatibility with a duplicate origin; and equalizes the computer load and the network load. A control system has: a network communication processing section; a network load measurement section; a calculation program, the data or the database; a version management section; a nearby application information management section; a calculation load measurement section; and a control section.
