PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple dwelling house alarm information system capable of remotely executing the test of the fire sensor of each dwelling house from a fire receiving part such as a fire receiver set in a management room or the like without generating an alarm sound involved in the test of the fire sensor on the dwelling house side. SOLUTION: The multiple dwelling house monitoring system has a dwelling house information board provided in each dwelling house and connected to the fire sensor set in the dwelling house, an outdoor inspection device connected to the dwelling house information board of the dwelling house, and the fire receiver connected to each dwelling house information board. The dwelling house information board has a first testing means for testing the fire sensor, and a second testing means for testing the outdoor inspection device or an alarm means provided near the outdoor inspection device.
