PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pet grave for soundly burying a dead pet, which has no restriction on a place, is easily maintained, has durability and never allows an ashes to get into touch with rainwater due to no necessity for excavating a hole for installation. SOLUTION: The pet grave is composed of a plate-like seat stone as an underlay; a cylindrical lower pedestal stone put thereon and forming the inside functioning as a ashes chamber and an upper side functioning as a ashes inlet; and a stackable lid stone stacked thereon. The lid stone is integrally formed of an erected pole stone functioning as a grip stone, stacked on a cover stone sealing the ashes inlet via an upper base stone, and an urn is housed in the ashes chamber by lifting the cover stone and opening the ashes inlet. Thereby the pet grave is a small grave having a height constituted by stacking the lid stone, an installation place is not restricted, and for instance, a memorial service can be soundly performed together with an ancestor memorial service by putting it on the corner of an own grave in a cemetery. Maintenance is easy because it is made of stone, it has durability and the ashes of the pet does not get wet with rainwater. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
