PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily construct seeding and planting pavement without needing other members and to maintain a stable state without moving even when a force is applied from the outside in a seeding and planting block used for the seeding and planting pavement. SOLUTION: A joint projecting part 20 forming a space for filling vegetation soil is formed projecting sideward at the peripheral surface lower part of a block body 10. The joint projecting part 20 has draining cutouts 30 of quarter-circle shapes formed at four corners, and draining cutouts 40 of semicircle shapes formed at the center on the longitudinal side. The joint projecting part 20 comprises two (four on both sides) long-side joint projecting parts 21 and short-side joint projecting parts 22. The long-side joint projecting part 21 and short-side joint projecting part 22 are formed in the same trapezoidal shapes. A groove 50 of semicircular cross section passing through in a longitudinal direction is formed at the lower face of the block body 10 and short-side joint projecting part 22. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
