PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an additive composition for use in fuel oil compositions which is improved in such a shortcoming in the conventional technology as an example of a problem of low-temperature behavior, without using a polycyclic carboxylic acid or an acid derivative thereof. SOLUTION: The additive composition for use in fuel oil compositions, containing no polycyclic carboxylic acid or its acid derivative thereof, contains an additive containing one or more kinds of the monocarboxylic acid which have each the number of carbons of 10-24, or an acid derivative thereof, and if necessary, together containing one or both of an anti-oxidizing additive and an antistatic additive.
