PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new compound binding to an FKBP (e.g. (Taculorimus (FK506), or the like)-binding protein) 12. SOLUTION: An oxadiazole derivative is represented by the formula 1 [wherein, X and Y denote each hydrogen atom or fluorine atom; R1is phenyl group, a phenyl group substituted with 1-3 groups of a 1-5C alkoxy or a 4-9C cycloalkylcarbonyl group or a group represented by the formula 2 (wherein, R3is a 1-8C alkyl group, a 3-8C cycloalkyl group, a 3-8C cycloalkenyl group, phenyl group, or the like; R4is hydrogen atom or a 1-5C alkyl group or R3and R4, together with the adjacent carbon atoms, form a 3-8C cycloalkyl group, or the like; and R5is hydrogen atom, hydroxy group, a 1-5C alkoxy group, a 2-5C alkanoyl group or a 1-5C alkylsulfonyloxy group); R2is phenyl group, or the like; and (n) is an integer of 0-3] or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt.
