PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of inputting a three-dimensional form that enables a stable process even if the moving direction of a camera and the direction of a visual line change.

In a three-dimensional form extraction step 36, using a known method, the three-dimensional form is extracted by using a corrected time Tjcalculated in a corrected time estimation step 13, and analyzing an epipolar image obtained by slicing of the time-space image in the surface direction of a scan line y = y0.
