<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating method and device capable of enhancing the utilizing efficiency of a treating liquid and forming a uniform coating film on the curved surface of a member. <P>SOLUTION: The coating device 10 is provided with a liquid discharging head 11 discharging the treating liquid as liquid drops and a discharge controlling device 13 controlling the discharge of the liquid drops from the liquid discharging head 11.
