PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal receiving circuit for determining occurrence of a noise in a signal, a signal receiving circuit for acquiring an accurate rotational frequency even if the noise occurs in the signal from a motor, a disk drive device, a disk drive control method, and a disk drive control program. SOLUTION: This disk drive device (10) for detecting the signal from the motor (20) for rotating the disk (21), and measuring the rotational frequency of the disk based on a frequency wherein the signal state is changed has a time measuring means (S602) for measuring a prescribed time from the point of time when the signal state is changed, and a noise determination means (S604) for determining whether the state change is a noise or not based on the time measured by the time measuring means when the signal state is changed in the next time (S603).
