PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a set for carrying a stool occult blood specimen, which employs an improved carrying bag for carrying the specimen, and to provide the carrying bag. SOLUTION: In the system, a regular-sized mailing envelope itself or a bag, capable of being enclosed by the regular-sized mailing envelop is used as the carrying bag, and the carrying bag is divided into two sections, with one of the sections containing a kit for sampling the stool specimen, and the other section containing the operation manual and other tools.
