PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compiling method for increasing the speed of a shift function. SOLUTION: In processing for increasing the speed of the shift function, first, a sentence which calculates an element number, which becomes a top element after shifting, is generated and inserted immediately before an original sentence (401). Second, a loop which refers from the top element of an array, after shifting to the final element of the array, before shifting is generated and inserted immediately before the original sentence (402). Third, a sentence, which sets the element number to be 1, is generated and inserted, immediately before the original sentence (403). Fourth, a loop which refers from the top element of the array before shifting to the final element after shifting is generated and inserted, immediately before the original sentence (404).
