PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of metal superfine powders by which fine powders can industrially be produced. SOLUTION: In the production method of metal superfine powders by a gas atomizing method, as a tapping nozzle composing an atomizing nozzle, the one whose bottom face has a wavy shape is used, and molten metal is turned into hyperfine powders with the wavy nozzle. The production of powder having a smaller average particle diameter is made possible with the wavy nozzle, so that the upsizing and complicating of an apparatus are avoided, and further, the reduction of running cost is attained.
