PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small sized treatment device capable of being simply moved to a using place, efficiently separating sludge or the like in waste water and re-using treatment water. SOLUTION: The vacuum circulation type water treatment device comprises a handcart having a movement caster; a vacuum pump installed on a car base plate of the truck; a vacuum tank installed on the handcart and communicated with a suction port of the vacuum pump; a water suction pipe and a water discharge pipe continuously provided on the vacuum tank; a capturing net arranged at a delivery port of the water suction pipe opened to the vacuum tank; and an electric control box arranged on the handcart.
