PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work conveyance and storage device in which a series of processing speed for storing a lot of works while conveying them by a conveyance device is accelerated so as to improve the processing efficiency. SOLUTION: This work conveyance and storage device for dividing a sheet substrate into strip-like works 3 and carrying and storing the works 3, is characterized by being equipped with a carrying path 20 for aligning and carrying the works 3; a carrying table 30 for separately carrying the works 3; a storage table 32 having a plurality of magazines 34 as storage parts for storing the works 3; a transfer mechanism 31 provided on the carrying table 30 for transferring the works 3 carried through the carrying path 20 to the table 30, carrying and transferring to the storage parts of the storage table 32; and a defective work storage means provided on the table 30 for determining quality of the works on the way of carrying by a sensor 49 and storing the defective works in a defective work storage part 50.
