SOLID DIALYSIS AGENT AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid dialysis agent which comprises an electrolyte component, a pH adjuster and/or glucose and is used for hemodialysis therapeutics of a kidney failure patient, and a production method thereof with excellent content uniformity and high production efficiency. SOLUTION: This solid dialysis agent is produced by a mixing process to uniformly mix raw materials as a preprocess for a pelletizing process and the pelletizing process to knead/pelletize the mixed raw materials with water solution of calcium chloride and/or magnesium chloride as binder solution. Thereby, the solid dialysis agent excellent in component uniformity and solubility is obtained and pelletizing time is widely reduced by the concentration and the adding amount of the binder liquid to enable mass production.
