PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the illuminance change of another appliance such as an electric light bulb is increased in the case of turning-on/off, when hot water in a tank is kept hot by controlling on/off to be fixed in temperature through the use of a heater with high wattage, since it is common to use the heater with high wattage in order to shorten a time from power source supply to boiling when water is heated by one heater as in a conventional manner. SOLUTION: In the hairdressing steam generator, the heater for heating water in a tank is controlled. When the temperature of water in the tank is low, heating is performed by energizing the two heaters, i.e., the high wattage heater and the low wattage heater. In the case of a heat insulation state by prescribed temperature, heating is controlled by controlling the on/off of the low wattage heater. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
