PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the problem that a connecting structure between arms such as in a conventional example makes the first arm turnable in the vertical direction to a steam generator, and so the second arm only performs a shaft rotation on the axis of the first arm to make it possible to turn a steam jetting port on the second arm to the face of a person to be treated, but make it impossible to turn the steam jetting port close to the face, or to separate the steam jetting port from the face, and thus the whole of the steam generator has to be moved to do so with a poor workability. SOLUTION: The steam generator has a structure wherein the first arm 13 to which steam from a tank 7 is introduced, and the second arm 18 on which the steam jetting port 20a for spraying steam to the face of the person to be treated are connected. Then, at the bonded part between the first arm and the second arm, spherical joint parts 13b and 18a which are formed to be engageable with each other are formed.
