PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair root fat suction device for sucking fat adhering to the hair root of the scalp to arrange the optimum environment for hair restoration, possessed by the individual by simplifying the structure to manufacture the device at a low cost and readily used in a home or the like to produce the effect. SOLUTION: This hair root fat suction device can be handled by one hand. The device is so constructed that an outer suction pump 4 is connected through a hose 5 to a connecting port 11 provided on the rear end base 7 of an outer cylinder 2 forming a grip part held by the hand, and a filter 16 is removably stored in a strainer 15 with a slit removably connected to the connecting port 11 in the outer cylinder 2. The suction pump 4 is operated and an opening part 2a at the tip of the outer cylinder 2 is applied to the scalp, thereby making the inside of the outer cylinder 2 put in the negative pressure to suck up fat of the hair root and filter the same with the filter 16.
