PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a removal implement for easily extracting an implant embedded in a bone. SOLUTION: The removal implement 10 for extracting the implant embedded in the bone includes: a mass guide part 112 whose tip end 111 is connected to the implant, and which guides a massive body 121; a shaft body 110 with a stopper part 113 facing the rear end of the mass guide part 112; a grip body 130 with the shaft body 110 attached via an elastic member 122 for energizing the shaft body 110 to the tip end side; and a rotation drive means for rotating the shaft body 110 in a prescribed rotary direction around the axial line with respect to the grip body 130 when the shaft body 110 is moved to the rear end side.
