<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organ dilation instrument capable of easily and securely leading out the end of a guide wire inserted into an inner tube from the tip from a side hole of a sheath to the outside. <P>SOLUTION: The organ dilation instrument 1 comprises the sheath 2, a stent 3 stored inside the tip of the sheath 2, and the inner tube 4 slidably inserted into the sheath 2 for forcing the stent 3 out of the tip of the sheath. The inner tube 4 comprises a lumen 41 extending from the tip at least to the base end side of the stent storage part of the sheath 2, and an inner tube side hole 42 communicating with the lumen 41 on the base end side from the stent storage part. The sheath 2 has the sheath side hole 21 formed on the base end side from the stent storage part. The organ dilation instrument 1 also has a detachable guide wire guiding cylindrical member 5 piercing through the sheath side hole 21 and the inner tube side hole 42 with the tip being located inside the lumen 41 of the inner tube 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
