<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of connecting circuit boards, which is space-saving and reducing the cost. <P>SOLUTION: A first circuit board 1 and a second circuit board 2, which are arranged in parallel with each other, are connected together with board-to-board connectors 3 and 4, and a spacer 5 is interposed at a required supporting position between the boards 1 and 2. A deviation absorbing connector is used as the board-to-board connector 4, and the positional deviation of a socket 4a from a plug 4b is absorbed by the board-to-board connector 4. This method of connecting boards is more space-saving than other methods wherein two circuit boards are joined together with an FPC or an FFC, and the cost reduction can be attained by dispensing with the FPC or FFC. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
