<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of components required for connecting a main circuit board and a camera module. <P>SOLUTION: A socket 6a of a vertical connection type board-to-board connecting connector is mounted on the main circuit board 1, and a plug 6b of a board-to-board connecting connector is mounted on the board of a CMOS camera module 7, and a CMOS camera module 7 is connected to the main circuit board 1 via the board-to-board connecting connector.
