<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily blow air to a local part such as a hand. <P>SOLUTION: An optical switch (infrared switch) 7 detects whether or not the hand is held up over the proximity of an air blow-off port 4. When the hand is held up over the proximity of the air blow-off port 4, a door 5 for adjusting an air flow is opened to blow off air from the air blow-off port 4. Thus, air can be made to flow to the local part such as the hand without requiring an occupant to take an unnatural sitting attitude regardless of a blow-off mode, so that the sweat of the hand is easily evaporated to enable a favorable steering operation without slippage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
