PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drill capable of performing a stable machining operation, while maintaining strength of a drill body, by improving aligning accuracy of the drill body and a tip. SOLUTION: A drill D has the drill body 1 rotatable around an axis O and the tip 2 mounted to be attachable/detachable to/from the drill body 1. In the drill body 1, a recessed groove part 6 opened to a distal face 3 is provided. On an internal surface 6b of the recessed groove part 6, a guide groove 7 extending in a direction along the axis O is provided. On an external surface 2b of the tip 2, a projecting part 13 engageable with the guide groove 7 is provided. The recessed groove part 6 is set so that the tip 2 may be arranged. When the tip 2 is mounted on the drill body 1, the tip 2 is inserted into the recessed groove part 6 from the distal face 3 side, while engaging the projecting part 13 with the guide groove 7.
