PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inductor element which can be increased in inductance only without increasing the resistance and stray capacitance of its inductor conductor. SOLUTION: An inductor conductor 12 is formed on the surface of a semiconductor substrate 10 at an adjacent position. Since the conductor 12 is covered with a magnetic material 14, the inductance of the conductor 12 becomes larger proportionally to the permeability of the magnetic material 14. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
