PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of carrying out effective blasting at low cost utilizing high pressure water flow. SOLUTION: Washing is carried out by injecting high pressure water flow to a work from a blast nozzle 19 and a negative pressure is formed in a pipe 18 by injecting the high pressure water flow in the pipe 18 having the blast nozzle at a tip end. Ice grain is sucked by the negative pressure and the flow mixed with the high pressure water flow is injected from the blast nozzle 19. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
