PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera holder which can be fixed to rock, a tree, etc., in the sea, used as a tripod on the bottom of the sea, carried during floating without placing a burden on a diver or suspended in the water nearby the diver by using neutral buoyancy. SOLUTION: The camera holder is equipped with a fitting member 10 for a camera etc., which fits an all-weather camera C to an air tank 90, an air tank fixing member 20 which fixes the air tank 90 to the rock or the tree G in the sea, a capacity variable member 30 equipped with a hose and a joint capable of taking air in by covering at least a portion of the outer wall of the air tank 90, and an air quantity adjustment member 40 which adjusts the quantity of air of the capacity variable member 30.
