PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structurally simple water cooled heat exchanger with favorable heat exchanging efficiency, and an integrated type air conditioner with easy installation and maintenance provided with the water cooled heat exchanger as a condenser, attached to a wall surface of a small room with a small floor area, and securing a necessary air conditioning effect. SOLUTION: In the water cooled heat exchanger 11, each of a heat exchange pipe N for conducting a refrigerant and a heat exchange pipe N for conducting heat exchange water is bent at a pitch of two times a heat exchange pipe diameterϕd, and each heat exchange pipe is inserted and fixed between a pitch of the other and combined. The air conditioner M is provided with a refrigerating cycle component assembly and a blower 12 housed in a casing 2 provided with a suction opening 7 and a supply opening 8, an evaporator is a blower air cooled heat exchanger, and the condenser is the water cooled heat exchanger.
