PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water sealing structure of a coupling part of a concrete structure which can be simply and rapidly assembled to the concrete structure, and which enables water leakage to be surely prevented by the water sealing plate attached to an elastic sheet for sealing even if the elastic sheet for sealing interposed in the coupling part of a building frame cannot be adaptable to the expansion/contraction of the concrete structure due to a secular change. SOLUTION: In this structure, the elastic sheet for sealing is arranged in the joint of concrete; a slide groove with a tapered cross section which is made wider toward the back is provided along the longitudinal direction of both the surfaces of the elastic sheet for the sealing; and the water sealing plate is attached to the slide groove. A swollen head is formed at the tip of the water sealing plate; a slide part which is engaged with the slide groove is formed at the base end thereof; and the water sealing plate is attached to the slide groove in such a manner that the slide part is fitted into the slide groove.
